The Indian Plastic Industry appears to be growing at a rate which is far more than the growth rate of nation's GDP.

Specifically, in Test and Measuring Instruments, plastic plays an important role in reducing the overall weight and increasing the user safety, more prominently for the portable and hand-held instruments.

Indian plastic industry is gearing up to meet the challenges of competition, particularly with China in the east. No doubt, India will emerge as a Plastics Superpower in the near future.
