Abbreviation: SPMA

Saurashtra Plastic Manufacturers' Association is a Representative Body of Plastic Processors situated in Saurashtra & Kutch Region of Gujarat State established in the year 1988/1989. At present the Membership strength is 950 member Units including 180 Associate Members like Traders Dealers, Machinery Manufacturers, Dealers & Traders of Colour, Dies & Chemicals.

Regarding Membership, there are two categories of Membership:

Ordinary Members: It is reserved only for Plastic Processors, situated in Saurashtra & Kutch region.
Associate Members : It is reserved for Traders, Machinery Manufacturers & its suppliers, Colour Dyes & Chemicals Mfrs., Supplier Raw Material Manufacturers & its suppliers and those Associated and interested in the Plastic Industry.

As part of the activities of SPMA, they recently organised their 11th Seminar on 10th January, 2009 on PLASTICULTURE, ' Plastics in Agriculture' at Hemu Gadhvi Natya Gruh, Rajkot.
