Chinaplas 2010, the 24th International Exhibition on Plastics and Rubber Industries - Bringing Innovations to Life, and Success to Your Business

Following the success of its last event in Guangzhou, CHINAPLAS 2010 will rotate back to Shanghai, the most important economic and industrial hub of China. Strong financial and technological backup from Shanghai has sustained the rapid development of major industrial zones in Eastern China regions. In 2008, two thirds of China’s plastics machinery output was contributed by the Eastern China regions, which comprise the provinces of Anhui, Fujian, Jiangsu, Jiangxi, Shandong, Zhejiang and the city of Shanghai. The output volume of plastic
products in these regions now accounts for 51.3% of China’s total output. In response to the rejuvenation plan for the petrochemical industries initiated by the Chinese government, Shanghai will invest USD 3.5 billion in setting up large-scale chemical industrial zones, which will further enhance the development of the plastics and rubber industries in the regions of Eastern China.

CHINAPLAS 2010, being held in Shanghai, will be the most effective platform for business promotion, technological exchange and market updates for the suppliers and end users of the industry.
